Find your fit

Tools, side by side.

Excellent / Good / Not primary describe suitability. Strong / Supported / Not primary describe features. Print readiness is a workflow rating; inspect geometry and slice before printing.

Start with the output you need.

For laser relief, look for a height-map workflow. For embossed coins, combine relief creation with precise borders and bodies. For 3D printing, choose mesh output and allow time for repair and slicing.

Read support in context.

Strong means a core capability. Supported can mean a secondary feature or a step in a larger workflow. Not primary means the original guide did not identify it as a focus. Feature filters include both Strong and Supported.

Suitability is a practical judgment.

Excellent is a strong workflow fit; Good is useful with additional steps; Not primary is outside the tool’s main role. Recommended order follows the original within-category ranks, interleaving categories at each rank.

A preview is one step in making.

Inspect depth, physical dimensions, mesh integrity, and the final machine setup. A downloadable STL or height map does not by itself prove a successful physical result.
